We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Respond to your booking requests and schedule private lessons
• Send you confirmation of your appointment, including the dojo address
• Contact you regarding your lesson or any changes to scheduling
• Maintain a record of liability waiver agreements

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

3. Data Storage and Security

Booking requests submitted through this site are stored as private records in the WordPress database on our self-hosted server. Access is restricted to the site administrator. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including use of HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through this site.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking records, including waiver agreements, for a period of three years from the date of the lesson. Contact form submissions not resulting in a booking are deleted within 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

5. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for basic WordPress functionality (such as session management). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services. No cookie consent banner is required as a result.

We offer private Taekwondo lessons to students of all ages, including minors. When booking a lesson for a child, we require a parent or guardian to submit the booking request and agree to the liability waiver.
